What are your qualifications
I am a Board Certified Holistic Health Practitioner, a Licensed and Certified Professional Practical Homeopath, a member of the American Academy of Drugless Practitioners, a Bio Resonance Specialist and a Certified Homeoprophylaxis Specialist
Although I have training in classical homeopathy, I lean more toward the practical approach, but I will bring in constitutional remedies where I feel it will be beneficial to you.
Since my training is in holistic health, I will also offer other health modalities that I believe will be beneficial to you, as well.
As a practitioner, I have a lot of fun finding bio hacking and out of the box ideas to help you in your wellness approach.
What is considered a dose?
We consider three pellets to be a dose when talking about the globules (pellets, dry dosing, etc.)
For liquid doses, we suggest 3-5 drops directly into the mouth or in a teaspoon of water.
How do I take the remedies?
If you are working with a homeopath, we suggest first checking with your practitioner to make sure there aren't customized directions they would prefer you to follow.
If not, we recommend taking them at the same time every day. No need to wait 15 minutes between remedies or before/after food or drink.
We have personally tested it out and have found no difference in taking the remedies away from food and it doesn't make a difference if you put them under your tongue or not.
Homeopathy is awesome! And resilient, so unscrew the cap and pop them in so they can do their job!
How many doses are in a vial?
Each vial contains approximately 200 pellets.
You may notice some settling when you unscrew your vial, but that is very normal.
When you consider three pellets as a dose, each 2 dram vial contains approximately 66 doses per vial.
Can you expedite my order?
YES! We love to get your remedies to you as quickly as possible!
Please keep in mind that although we do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible, the postal service doesn't always share in our desire to be quick!
Once you place your order, you will receive an email with your tracking information so you can watch and see how soon your remedies will be arriving. We know how exciting it is and how hard it can be to wait!

Help! My child or pet got into my remedies! What do I do?
Relax! It's ok!
The best thing about homeopathy is that it's safe! It's not the same as conventional medicine and therefore, if this happens, there's no need to panic.
Oftentimes kids or pets like the pellets because they're sweet. We've heard countless stories of little ones emptying out the remedy vials and feeling like they had a treat!
The worst part about it, is that now you'll need to replace your remedy!
I accidentaly left my remedies in the hot car. Are they ruined?
We have personally defied all the laws of what is acceptable handling of remedies (on purpose - so we could test it out for you) and we are happy to report that remedies left in extreme temperatures (very hot or very cold) have been just as effective even though they've endured the elements.
The only reason we don't recommend leaving them in a hot or cold car is because if you're inside and you need them, you won't have them at hand!
Can I fly with my remedies?
Please do!
We think an airport and/or an airplane is the perfect place to keep your remedies with you.
Following through with the same line of thinking as above, remedies are resilient. We have not known the scanner at the airport or ballparks, or amusement parks to be a problem. And besides, if you do need them while on an airplane, you'll want to have them! You'll also probably spark some curiosity, so it's a great place to tell everyone the good news about homeopathy!
If you are worried about it and it makes you feel better, you could either wrap your remedies in tin foil, or ask to pass your remedies alongside of the scanner and not through. And you will get some questions and looks, but it's another opportunity to share!
