Chamomilla – Extreme irritability with unbearable cramping pain. Worse from touch and at night. Restless, inconsolable, may scream in pain. Heat may provide some relief.

Colocynthis – Severe, cramping pain that is relieved by bending double and firm pressure. Worse from anger or emotional stress. Pain may radiate to the lower back or thighs.

Cimicifuga  – Severe cramps with emotional sensitivity, anxiety, and weepiness. Pain extends to the back, hips, and thighs. Worse from cold, better from warmth and movement.

Belladonna – Sudden, intense, throbbing pain. Bright red, heavy flow. Feels hot, flushed, and sensitive to light and noise. Worse from jarring, touch, or lying down.

Pulsatilla – Mild to moderate, shifting cramps that worsen with emotions. Feels better with fresh air and gentle movement. Craves comfort and attention.

Sabina – Bright red, gushing menstrual flow with dark clots. Pain extends from the uterus to the lower back or down the thighs. Worse from motion and heat. Often used when periods are profuse, prolonged, and accompanied by intense uterine pain.

Magnesia Phosphorica – Spasmodic, cramping pain relieved by warmth and pressure. Feels better when bending forward or rubbing the abdomen. Pain is sharp, shooting, or colicky.
