Traditional dosing is 6 times daily until the chest eases, then reduce to 3 times daily for a month. If the chest is chronically weak underneath, layer CB 9 alongside it for the structural rebuilding work.

CCA Mix 71 is a 30c combination for chest, coughs, and asthma. Ant Tart: great rattling mucus difficult to bring up, burning throat, difficult breathing with gasping, emphysema, impending lung paralysis. Bronchi (organotherapy): works specifically on bronchi. Bryonia: dry hacking cough must sit up, worse eating or drinking, stitching chest pain, difficult breathing must breathe deeply, rust-coloured phlegm, worse warm room, must hold chest. Ipecac: asthma with constant chest constriction, wheezing, child becomes blue, croup, whooping cough, hoarseness, nosebleed. Kali Bic: profuse yellow sticky stringy expectoration, croup, metallic hacking cough. Mucus Membrane (organotherapy): all mucous membranes in nasal, bronchi, and lung areas. Nat Sulph: humid asthma, rattling chest with green/yellow expectoration, must take deep breaths, pain lower left chest. Rumex: dry cough preventing sleep, thin watery frothy expectoration, raw larynx, soreness behind sternum left side, lump feeling in throat. Sulphur: burning chest oppression, wants window open, difficult breathing, rattling mucus, load on chest, dyspnoea at night.
6 times daily until eased, then reduce to 3 times daily for a month. Layer with CB 9 Mix 70 for structural respiratory rebuilding, Chest Tissue Salts Mix 9 for tissue support, and Lung Balance 50M for the deeper constitutional lung layer in chronic asthma or recurring presentations.
