DB Mix 74 is a 6X combination for pancreas and diabetes, for all diabetic patients. Diet must be correct. All diabetics have an emotional problem: find it and give the appropriate remedy alongside. Alfalfa: frequent urging to urinate, polyuria, increased elimination of urea and phosphates. Iris Ver: works on the pancreas, burning in whole alimentary canal, specific for diabetes. Nat Sulph: an excellent remedy, a must for diabetes, bile in urine, brick dust sediment. Pancreatin: balances working of the pancreas, pain behind diaphragm indicates this remedy. Syzygium: no other remedy causes such a marked drop in sugar in urine, large quantity of urine passed, excellent for diabetes. Urtica: balances acid conditions of urine and body, preventing skin eruptions or helping those already appearing.
