How long is a long period?

Traditional practice does not give a fixed timeframe for Debility Mix because the duration depends on how long and how severely the body has been depleted. For most people a minimum of two to three months at 3 times daily is where meaningful results become evident. Work with your practitioner to assess and extend as needed.

What makes this different from Booster Mix?

Booster Mix is a broad foundational tonic. Debility Mix is specifically for the profound depletion picture: extreme prostration, low blood pressure, iron deficiency, nervous exhaustion, and debility after exhausting illness. Avena Sativa: nervous exhaustion, tonic for debility after exhausting diseases. Baptisia: extreme prostration especially in aged and after debilitating illness. China: debility from exhausting discharges and loss of vital fluids. Chinin Ars: weary and prostrated, general tonic, prolonged tiredness. Cuprum Met: spasms due to tiredness. Ferrum Met: terrible weakness due to lack of iron. Kali Phos: greatest nerve remedy, prostration, weak and tired. Nat Sulph: best remedy for debility after influenza. Phos Ac: debility most marked, nervous exhaustion, mental debility then physical debility in rapidly growing presentations.
