Count 3 pellets

Tip three pellets into the cap. No need to touch them with your hands, the cap is your measuring tool.

In the mouth

Let them dissolve in your mouth. There is no need to wait before eating, drinking, or taking other remedies.

Six times daily while the sinus condition is acute. Reduce to three times daily as drainage improves and the condition eases.

Remove milk and milk products

Traditional practice is explicit: check the diet and remove milk and milk products. Dairy is the most common dietary driver of sinus congestion and the combination will not work as well if dairy remains in the diet.

Why is dairy so important to eliminate?

Traditional practice is explicit about removing milk and milk products alongside Sinus Mix. Dairy is the most common dietary driver of sinus mucus production. The combination will work significantly better when dairy is removed from the diet. This is not optional advice but a core part of the traditional sinus protocol.

Why does this come in two potencies?

The 1x potency works at the most direct physical drainage level and is often used for the most acute or heavily infected presentations. The 6x still works at the physical level but with slightly less aggressive pull. Your practitioner can guide you on which is appropriate, or you can start with 6x and move to 1x if needed.
