Four organotherapy preparations covering the central motor pathways involved in spastic muscle conditions. The Cerebral Cortex has motor and sensory nerves and is the origin of all voluntary motor impulses, controlling skeletal muscles. The Upper Motor Neurones have their cell bodies in the cerebral cortex and are the cells of the central motor pathways. The Myelin Sheath is the covering of the nerves. The Medulla is the centre for the nerve pathways.

A note from Amber

I became a practitioner because I was a patient first. For 26 years I lived with anxiety that nobody could explain and nothing could touch, until homeopathy and bio resonance changed everything for me.

I built All Things Homeopathy for every person who has been told their labs are normal, their symptoms are just stress, or that there is nothing more to try. You deserve real answers and someone in your corner.

Every product in this store has been carefully curated based on my training, my clinical experience, and my belief in what these combinations can do.

Thank you for being here. It means more than you know.

The story behind the combination
Where Narayani combinations come from.

In the early 1960s, a classically trained homeopath named Norma Rowan Harman was running a mobile clinic in South Africa, offering free care to thousands of low-income patients. Classical homeopathy requires finding one precise remedy per person, a process that takes time and resources she simply did not have.

So in 1968, Norma and her fellow practitioner Ghiradhlal did something practical and ingenious. They began pre-mixing complementary homeopathic remedies, organ preparations, and nosodes into targeted blends that could be administered quickly, affordably, and effectively. These became the foundational Narayani combinations. The work spread through the 1970s and 1980s, reaching Mauritius and then India, where she later became known as Swami Narayani, the name the remedies now carry. In 1989, she received the Albert Schweitzer Award for Humanitarian Work in recognition of her decades of service.

Swami Narayani passed away in 1995. Her foundation preserved her notes and combinations, and the system has continued to grow. What began as a practical solution to a logistical problem is now one of the most comprehensive combination systems in homeopathic practice, with hundreds of combinations used by practitioners around the world.

The Narayani line
Four series. One system.

The Narayani combinations are organized into four distinct series, each built on a different foundation.

Mix
Homeopathic Mixtures
The original combinations

Spasms Mix #54 is the constitutional homeopathic companion for the spasm and involuntary movement picture, working at the homeopathic level alongside the direct nerve organotherapy of OM 21.

OM
Organotherapy Mixtures
This is an OM

The OM series uses homeopathically prepared organ and tissue preparations. OM 21 covers the four central motor pathway structures: Upper Motor Neurone, Cerebral Cortex, Myelin Sheath, and Medulla. Twice daily.

BR
Balance Remedies
Homeopathic and sarcode combined

The Balance series brings homeopathic remedies and organotherapy together. Circulation Balance BR18 provides vascular support for the cerebral circulation alongside the central nerve organotherapy of OM 21.

SP
Special Remedies (SOHAM)
Multi-system combinations

The Special series are broad-spectrum combinations designed to support conditions that span multiple body systems at once.

How these combinations are built.

The OM series draws from the principle of organotherapy: using homeopathically prepared organ and tissue preparations that support the corresponding tissues in the body.

Cerebral Cortex and Upper Motor Neurones
The Cerebral Cortex is the origin of all voluntary motor impulses and controls skeletal muscles. The Upper Motor Neurones have their cell bodies in the cortex and form the central motor pathways. Together they cover the origin and pathway of all voluntary movement signals.
Learn more →
Myelin Sheath
The Myelin Sheath is the insulating covering of the nerves. It enables rapid conduction of nerve impulses. When the myelin sheath is damaged, nerve signals slow, become irregular, or fail to transmit correctly, producing the abnormal reflex and motor patterns seen in spastic conditions.
Learn more →
Medulla
The Medulla is the centre for the nerve pathways and connects the brain to the spinal cord. It contains the nuclei of several cranial nerves and is the central relay point for motor and sensory signals between the brain and the body.

The motor cortex

The Cerebral Cortex has motor and sensory nerves and is described in traditional practice as the origin of all voluntary motor impulses, controlling skeletal muscles. The motor cortex initiates every deliberate movement of the body. Cerebral Cortex organotherapy works on this structure at the tissue level using the like-supporting-like principle.

Upper Motor Neurones

The Upper Motor Neurones have their cell bodies in the cerebral cortex and form the cells of the central motor pathways, including the corticospinal tract. Damage to the upper motor neurones produces the characteristic spastic pattern: exaggerated reflexes, increased muscle tone, and involuntary movements. Upper Motor Neurone organotherapy works on these nerve cells directly.

Spastic versus flaccid

Traditional practice distinguishes the spastic picture (OM 21) from the flaccid picture (OM 20). Spastic conditions involve the upper motor neurone, with exaggerated reflexes and increased tone. Flaccid conditions involve the lower motor neurone and cerebellum, with reduced tone and limp muscles. Where both pictures are present, running both combinations simultaneously covers the full range.

Myelin and nerve conduction

The Myelin Sheath wraps around the axons of nerve cells, insulating them and enabling saltatory conduction, the rapid jumping of nerve impulses from node to node. This dramatically increases the speed of nerve signal transmission. Damage to the myelin sheath slows or disrupts conduction, producing abnormal motor and sensory patterns.

Central myelin

The Myelin Sheath preparation in this combination addresses central myelin, the insulation of the upper motor neurone pathways in the brain and spinal cord. This is specifically relevant to conditions where central nerve pathway integrity is involved in the spastic muscle picture.

Long-term support

Nerve and myelin tissue conditions require sustained long-term organotherapy. Traditional practice specifies twice daily, with 6 times daily over a long period as the specific protocol. Brain and nerve organotherapy works slowly at the cellular level and requires consistent dosing over months to produce meaningful tissue-level support.

The Medulla oblongata

The Medulla oblongata is the lower part of the brainstem, connecting the brain to the spinal cord. Traditional practice describes it as the centre for the nerve pathways. It contains the nuclei of several cranial nerves and acts as the relay centre for all motor and sensory signals passing between the brain and the body.

Motor pathway relay

The corticospinal tracts carrying upper motor neurone signals pass through the Medulla before entering the spinal cord. Including Medulla organotherapy alongside the Upper Motor Neurone and Cerebral Cortex preparations means OM 21 covers the full length of the central motor pathway from its origin in the cortex through its relay in the medulla.

Medical monitoring

Spastic muscle conditions and upper motor neurone presentations require thorough neurological assessment and ongoing medical monitoring. This combination provides homeopathic organotherapy support alongside appropriate neurological and medical care. Always maintain prescribed medications and specialist monitoring.

OM 21 is the spastic paralysis counterpart to OM 20. Where OM 20 addresses the flaccid picture with reduced muscle tone, OM 21 addresses the spastic picture: exaggerated reflexes, involuntary movements, increased tone. Four preparations covering the complete central motor pathway from cortex through upper motor neurones to medulla, plus the Myelin Sheath. Twice daily. Always alongside appropriate neurological care and monitoring.

Twice dailyAlways with neurological assessment and medical monitoring. Or as directed by your practitioner.
Simple to use
Here's exactly what to do.
01
Count 3 pellets
Tip three pellets into the cap. No need to touch them with your hands, the cap is your measuring tool.
02
In the mouth
Let them dissolve in your mouth. No need to wait before eating, drinking, or taking other remedies.
03
Twice daily
Twice daily consistently. Central nerve organotherapy works at the cellular level and requires sustained twice daily dosing over time to support the motor nerve pathways.
04
Long-term use
Neurological conditions require long-term sustained treatment. Continue twice daily for as long as the condition warrants. Always with appropriate neurological monitoring and medical care throughout.
Got questions?
We've got answers.
How is this different from OM 20?
+
OM 20 addresses the flaccid paralysis picture where muscle tone is reduced and muscles are limp and uncoordinated. OM 21 addresses the spastic paralysis picture where muscle tone is excessive, reflexes are exaggerated, and involuntary movements occur. They cover opposite ends of the muscle tone spectrum. Where both pictures are present, running both simultaneously is the complete protocol.
Can I use this alongside prescribed neurological medications?
+
Always consult your healthcare provider before adding any supplement alongside prescribed neurological medications. Never adjust prescribed medications without specialist guidance. This combination provides homeopathic organotherapy support alongside appropriate neurological and medical care.
What are the pellets made of?
+
Our pellets are made from organic sucrose and are completely lactose free. Liquid versions contain a small amount of grain alcohol. If you would prefer an alcohol-free version, just let us know.
How quickly will my order ship?
+
Every effort is made to ship within 1 to 2 business days. Flat rate shipping is available with expedited options at checkout. We recommend UPS over USPS for expedited orders. Every order is double inspected before it leaves us. If anything arrives damaged or goes missing, please reach out right away.
