What is the difference between Skin H and Skin F?

Skin F is for wet eczema, blistering, and vesicular skin conditions. Skin H is for dry, cracked, and crusting skin. The H and F refer to different presentations: H is the dry constitutional picture and F is the fluid-containing wet picture. If the eczema is weeping or blistering, Skin F is the right choice. If the skin is dry, cracked, or thickened, Skin H is appropriate.

Skin H Mix 101 is a 30CH combination. Mainly for a dry and cracked hand condition, but can be used for dry skin anywhere on the body. Dry skin conditions. Bovista: formation of crusts, itching on getting warm. Calc Fluor: chaps and cracks, fissures, cracks in palms of hands, or hard skin. Petroleum: worse in winter, skin dry constricted, sensitive, rough and cracked, leathery. Psorinum: dirty, dingy look, crusty, terrible itching.
